"Support took forever and didn’t really help"
Had to reach out to support a few times, it got frustrating. Waited ages for a reply, and when one finally came, felt like a generic copy-paste response.
Asked the same question again because the first answer didn’t fix anything. Got pointed to another article, which also didn’t help. Never really felt like anyone was actually following up or trying to sort it out.
Maybe other people had a better experience, but mine wasn’t good. Support felt slow and unhelpful, and probably wouldn’t use them again because of it

"Customization feels limited"
I tried setting up my store on Shoplazza and got frustrated quickly. The themes look fine, I guess, but changing things around wasn’t as simple as I expected. A bunch of little design tweaks seemed to need some workaround or code or something. Overall, it just felt kind of restrictive and like I couldn’t really get it looking the way I wanted.

"Really frustrating lately"
It used to work okay for me, but recently it’s been super slow and keeps crashing. Today especially, it felt like it was crashing all day, so it’s hard not to feel annoyed with it right now.

"Good apps, but I wish there were more integrations"
The apps work well overall, and the integrations I’ve used have been fine. I just wish there were a few more options, especially for things like keeping receipts or email notifications organized with the tools I already use

"I’m not really a techy person, so I..."
I’m not really a techy person, so I was happy with how easy Shoplazza was to figure out. The pages loaded smoothly, and getting my store set up didn’t take as long as I expected. I did have to click around a little at first, but once I got going, everything felt simple. Overall, it was a really positive experience and worked great for me.

"Just feels too expensive for what it is"
I don’t know, I really wanted to like it, but the monthly price just feels way too high for what you actually get. Every time I look at the charge, I’m kind of like, okay... but why am I paying this much? It’s not terrible or anything, it just doesn’t feel worth it to me.
